Radio City Music Hall on Broadway ....

This show was amazing! We had a mommy and daughter show and dinner date with the girls and a few friends.  The girls loved the show and were in awe of the amazing leg kicks.  I love have these special times with the girls.

Happy Thanksgiving!

The morning started with Thanksgiving breakfast and a surprise ball for the kids.  This was the first time that we ever did one and it was a lot of fun for them.  True, it's pretty much junk, but what child doesn't love junk toys?!  We watched the parade and then headed to auntie Laurie's house.  The kids enjoyed each others company and we had a great dinner!

Thankful! Thankful today and everyday for have been given the responsibility of being momma to three beautiful, amazing, and carefree souls. Thankful for the innocence of a child with a world with so much hurt. I am thankful for growth; in the good times and the bad. Thankful for life and its lessons. Thankful for a husband and 11 years of marriage. The good and the not so good days that 11 years of marriage brings. Thankful for friends, the good, the real, the true friends. The ones near by and the ones not so near by. The ones that I have had since childhood and the more recent friendships made. Thankful for my family and their love. Thankful for my health and that I was given today and yesterday. Thankful that I have faith enough to pray for a beautiful and healthy tomorrow. Happy Thanksgiving to all. May you all continue to receive and count your blessings each and every day.

A Thanksgiving Play and Feast

Today was Carli's Thanksgiving play and feast.  She has been practicing for her big part (one line) for at least a month and a half.  Seriously, it was before Halloween when she started practicing.  I love this girls dedication.  We heard the entire story of the Mayflower and Thanksgiving, all acted out by the kindergartners.  She was so proud to have her momma and poppa be a part of her special play and feast.
