A Very Merry Disney Trip

This was our annual Christmas Disney trip.  We always go a couple weeks ahead of Christmas and beat the crowds.  This year was no different, as we pretty much walked on all the rides.  The kids enjoyed all them, I don't think we missed even one! We fit a lot into a short couple of days.  Thinking next year, I would like to try a little something different for a holiday trip.  Maybe something in the fall or something up north, so that they can really experience a cold, chilly fall for a few days.

We headed up Thursday afternoon, checked in our hotel, went downtown Disney and ate at the T-Rex restaurant for dinner.  Friday we did Magic Kingdom, all day and all night .... right through the Very Merry Christmas parade.  They were exhausted by the time we got back to the hotel.  On Saturday, we did Animal Kingdom all day and then headed straight to Epcot for the evening.  We had a brief down pour of rain while we were at Epcot, but other than that we had gorgeous weather the entire time.

On Sunday morning, we woke up, packed up and headed home.  An afternoon of relaxing, napping and getting back on track for the usual Monday.  So glad this is a short week and then a little bit over two weeks of holiday break.  The kiddos and mamma are certainly ready!
