A very simple and healthy spring treat

On my forever quest to think of healthy snacks that comply with the kids school's nutrition policy I came up with this.  How simple is this .... even healthy!  Simply slice watermelon about half an inch thick.  Cut spring shapes using cookie cutters.  I filled frosting containers (I found these at Michael's) with vanilla yogurt.  For the super special treat part, the little ones can add a few sprinkles.
